Good Neighbors serves uninsured and underinsured people within the surrounding communities, and suburbs. This is done by an all volunteer staff, including administrators, and is supported by donations from private donors. Not only do we provide high-quality holistic primary medical care, we also provide eye exams and glasses, dental and chiropractic care, and referrals to outside agencies and some medications. ALL of the services are free, and provided in caring compassionate, spirit-filled environment.
